Arvy’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation), tax and customs, and technology, media & telecommunications.

Arvy’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Arvy assisted in data privacy compliance such as privacy sweep and privacy impact assessment at Moward Consultancy, Inc. She was also in charge of issuing monthly data privacy updates through client advisory newsletters.

From 2018 to 2019, Arvy worked as a Business and Financial Analyst, specializing in finance and performance management. Her work included an end-to-end business process review on revenue cycle management.

From early 2017 to 2018, Arvy worked as a Tax Consultant at Isla Lipana & Co., PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Philippines under the Consulting-Assessment group, where she handled various tax assessments, business tax advisory services, tax treaty relief applications, legal due diligence work relating to mergers and acquisitions, and income tax review of a Bruneian company.

While in law school, Arvy served as the 2021 Vice Chairperson for Logistics for the San Beda Law RGCT – Bar Operations Center.

• Certified public accountant since 2016
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Arvy has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions;
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements;
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions;
• Assisting in queries relating to data privacy compliance;
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects;
• Rendering legal opinion on tax advisory matters; and
• Assisting in the settlement of estates.
