Mervan currently focuses on general corporate services, litigation, and labor and employment.
Mervan obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Miriam College. She then obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the San Beda University, College of Law in 2019. Mervan was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2020, and joined C&G Law in 2021.
During her stay in law school, Mervan served as a member in the Academics Committee of the Centralized Bar Operations. During her undergraduate years, she was a delegate to the Model United Nations of the Far West held in San Francisco, California, USA, and has won a Diplomatic Achievement Award.
Prior to joining C&G, Mervan worked as an associate at Quicho Law Offices, where she handled various legal matters in an array of practice areas including civil and criminal litigation, general corporate services, and data privacy.

Mervan has appeared and argued before Philippine courts in Metro Manila and nearby regions. She has significant experience in both criminal and civil litigation, having worked on cases involving crimes such as perjury, estafa, and grave coercion, as well as civil cases involving nullity of marriage, breach of contract, collection of sum of money and protection order cases.
