Yves’ practice areas include disputes (litigation & arbitration), energy, fintech, and technology, media & telecommunications.

While in law school, Yves interned at the Ateneo Human Rights Center and served as the President of the Council of Interns from 2020-2021.  He also headed the Administrative Committee of the Ateneo Central Bar Operations from 2020-2021.  In his senior year, he worked as a student associate at the Ateneo Legal Services Center. On the other hand, while in college, Yves served in the University Student Council of UP Baguio from 2013-2016 as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Councilor.  He also represented the student body in various ad hoc committees and offices of UP Baguio such as the Deanship Search Committee and the Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment.

• Ateneo De Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2021, second honors, recipient of Roberto A. Gana Service Award)
• University of the Philippines Baguio, Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Class of 2016, cum laude, inductee of the International Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 (Exemplary Passer)

Experience

Yves has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in domestic arbitration cases.
• Assisting in civil, criminal, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
• Conducting due diligence for corporate acquisitions.
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects.
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
• Rendering legal opinions on technology, media, telecommunications.
