Fideliz obtained her degree in Commerce, major in Legal Management from De La Salle University – Manila in 2007. She thereafter obtained her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the De La Salle University – Far Eastern University dual degree program and ranked second of the graduating batch and graduated with a Silver Medal Award for Second Honors.
As part of her training in law school, Fideliz worked as a legal intern in the Supreme Court and in two top-tier law firms in the Philippines. Her experience ranged from drafting a decision or an arbitral award to writing executive summaries and status reports. In her junior year, Fideliz completed diploma courses on international and comparative law, with international negotiations, international intellectual property law, international contracts, and international business transactions as the focus of her study, at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Syracuse University Florence as a scholar of the University of San Diego International and Comparative Law Program.
Fideliz was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015, garnering the eighth highest grade overall. She joined C&G Law in 2015.
Fideliz’s practice currently focuses on corporate law, taxation, and family law.

Fideliz assists and advises clients, both domestic and foreign, in preparing documentation on various corporate and commercial transactions including licensing and regulation, foreign investments, land registration, procurement of goods and services, and government contracts. She also acts as assistant corporate secretary of some multinational companies.
In the field of family law, Fideliz assists and advises clients on matters relating to marital and property relations and settlement of estates.
She has represented Philippine and foreign clients before offices of various local government units and regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Intellectual Property Office.
Fideliz has been teaching Statutory Construction and Legal Writing in a law school since 2015.
