Alyssa’s (Ayel) practice areas include disputes (litigation), immigration, labor, mergers & acquisitions, and tax.
Ayel’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2025. From 2018 to 2021, she worked in a professional services firm as an Audit Associate and later as a Senior Tax Associate. Her work included tax compliance and advisory, tax due diligence engagement, audit procedures, and review of financial statements for clients in various industries. From 2021 to 2025, she also gained experience in corporate and outsourced accounting, where she ensured regulatory and statutory compliance and prepared financial reports.
While in law school, Ayel was included in the Dean’s Academic Honor List. On the other hand, while in college, Ayel was a consistent academic scholar.

- University of Santo Tomas, Juris Doctor (Class of 2025, ranked 16th in graduating class)
- Far Eastern University – Diliman, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2017)
- Certified Public Accountant since 2018
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026
Experience
Ayel has participated in several matters. Her experience has included:
- Assisting in civil, criminal and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
- Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions;
- Assisting in tax assessment cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
- Assisting on tax advisory matters;
- Assisting on labor advisory matters; and
- Assisting on customs related matters.
