Claire’s practice areas include construction, corporate services, disputes (arbitration), foreign investments, real estate, tax and customs, and TMT.

While in law school, Claire served as Head Researcher and Oralist of the University of Cebu School of Law Mooting Society for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition where she was awarded as one of the Top 10 Oralists of the National Rounds (2021-2022). On the other hand, while in college, Claire served as the Vice Chairperson of the University of the Philippines Cebu University Student Council (2017-2018) and as Chairperson of the UP Political Science Society (2016-2017).

• University of Cebu School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023, Salutatorian, recipient of the Dean’s Medallion for academic and non-academic excellence)
• University of the Philippines Cebu, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Class of 2018, Cum Laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Claire has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in arbitration cases
• Assisting in tax-related cases before the Court of Tax Appeals
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate and real estate transactions
• Assisting with construction projects
• Assisting on tax advisory and TMT matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
