Angela’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation and arbitration), energy, immigration, and mergers & acquisitions.

While in law school, Angela was an intern at the UP Office of Legal Aid and the Philippine Law Journal. She was also a member of the UP Law Bar Operations Commission.

Qualifications

• University of the Philippines College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2025)
• Ateneo de Manila University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Class of 2021)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026

Experience

Angela has participated in several matters. Her experience has included:

• Assisting in domestic and international arbitration cases
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Assisting with energy projects
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
• Assisting in preparing legal opinions for both local and foreign clients on general corporate law, and laws on technology, media, and telecommunications.
