Kiana’s practice areas include corporate services, foreign investments, and TMT.

While in law school, Kiana was an intern at the UP Office of Legal Aid and Energy Regulatory Commission. She was also a member of the Order of the Purple Feather, which is the official honor society of the Juris Doctor program of UP.

Qualifications

• University of the Philippines, Juris Doctor (Class of 2025), Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence
• De La Salle University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Management (Class of 2021)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026

Experience

Kiana has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies
• Assisting in preparing legal opinions for both local and foreign clients on general corporate law, and laws on technology, media, and telecommunications.
