Allen’s practice areas include corporate services, labor, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).

Allen’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2025. He worked as an Associate under the labor department of a top firm in Taguig, where he represented multinational clients before the DOLE, DMW, NLRC, Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court.

While in law school, Allen worked as a legal researcher and penned various issuances for the DepEd, HSAC, and DAR.

Qualifications

• University of the Philippines College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023);
• University of the Philippines College of Arts and Letters, Bachelor of Arts in Filipino at Panitikan ng Pilipinas (Class of 2018, magna cum laude);
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

Experience

Allen has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Representing multinational companies before the courts and labor tribunals concerning termination disputes, money claims, and reasonable working conditions;
• Advising management on day-to-day complex labor issues, including termination of employment, redundancies, and compliance with labor standards,
• Assisting in collective bargaining negotiations;
• Assisting with contract drafting and review for various corporate and commercial transactions;
• Assisting in data privacy and TMT queries;
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions; and
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
