Josefina’s (Nena) practice areas include corporate services, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), and labor.

Nena’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2025. She previously worked as a legal assistant in the legal department of a private corporation.

While in law school, Nena consistently earned Dean’s List honors, specializing in the General Corporate Law Track. Prior to law school, Nena took on leadership roles in AIESEC, an international youth-run organization.

Qualifications

• Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2024, Second Honors)
• University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Class of 2020, Batch Salutatorian, Cum Laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Nena has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in corporate services;
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements;
• Assisting with contract reviewing for corporate transactions;
• Assisting on TMT advisory matters; and
• Assisting on labor matters.
