Tanya’s practice areas include tax, energy, litigation, and banking & finance.
While in law school, Tanya was a member of the UP Law Debate and Moot Court Union where she participated in international moot court competitions. She received the Best Oralist Award in the International Rounds of the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition held in the University of Oxford, UK where her team finished as quarterfinalist. Her team won the Best Memorial Award and finished as finalist in the Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds of the same moot competition. Tanya was also a member of the UP Law Team of the 2023 Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition. She also served as the VP of Finance of UP Women in Law.

Experience
Tanya has participated in several matters. Her experience has included:
- Assisting in tax litigation cases before the Bureau of Internal Revenue;
- Assisting in civil, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
- Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects;
- Assisting on customs related matters;
- Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions; and
- Rendering legal opinions for both local and foreign clients on general corporate law, tax, banking and finance, and labor and employment matters.
