Michelle’s (Mitch) practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), energy, and infrastructure.

Mitch’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2024. From 2015 to 2019, her work included those relating to operations, contract management, and business development in the agriculture sector.

While in law school, Mitch was an active member of various academic and legal organizations. She held leadership roles in the RGCT – Bar Operations Center and was a member of the San Beda International Law Society. She represented her law school in the 2024 AIAC APAC International Pre-Vis Moot Competition, where her team ranked 5th among 140 international teams in the general rounds, and competed at the 31^st Willem Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2024.

• Geneva Summer Schools (University of Geneva), Summer Courses in International Law and International Humanitarian Law (June to July 2023)

Experience

Michelle has participated in several matters. Her experience includes:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts with private corporations;
• Assisting in civil and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects;
• Assisting in intellectual property and corporate advisory matters; and
• Assisting in corporate compliance with regulatory requirements.
