Nikoull’s practice areas include labor, disputes (litigation), and corporate services.

Nikoull’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2025. From 2018 to 2020, Nikoull worked for the litigation department of a publicly listed mining company.

While in law school, Nikoull was an active intern of the Ateneo Human Rights Center (AHRC) serving as Desk Head for AHRC’s Urduja Women and Gender Desk and eventually graduating as AHRC’s Vice President – Internal. She was also an intern of the Office of the Solicitor General in 2022. In 2023, she served as the Labor Law Topic Head for the Ateneo Central Bar Operations. Nikoull also represented the university in the Tun Suffian Human Rights Moot Court Competition where her team emerged as the Overall 1^st Runner-Up among competitors from different ASEAN countries.

• Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2024, Second Honors)
• University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management (Class of 2018, Cum Laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024

Experience

Nikoull has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in criminal and labor cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting with contract drafting and reviewing for various corporate transactions;
• Assisting on labor and employment, tax, TMT, and energy advisory matters;
• Assisting in the general corporate housekeeping of various companies; and
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
