Vina’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation) and energy.

Vina’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2024.  From 2015 to 2020, her work included those relating to airline industry.

While in law school, Vina served as the Civil Law Subject Head of the San Beda University – College of Law, RGCT – Bar Operations Center from 2023-2024.  On the other hand, while in college, Vina was a consistent dean’s lister and awarded as the Most Outstanding President and Leader.

Qualifications

• San Beda University College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2024, ranked 7^th in the graduating class)
• Saint Louis University, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management (Class of 2015, Summa Cum Laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Vina has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
• Assisting in the general corporate housekeeping of various companies
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
• Assisting in labor and corporate advisory matters
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings in tax and energy litigations
• Drafting legal opinions on energy and corporate matters
