Elaine’s (Elle’s) practice areas include corporate services, infrastructure, construction, energy, and tax and customs.

While in law school, Elle served as a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson. While in college, Elle served as the first-year batch representative of San Beda College and subsequently served as Internal Vice-President of her organization – the Junior Bedan Law Circle.

Qualifications

• San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
• San Beda University, Bachelor of Science Major in Legal Management (Class of 2018, Cum Laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.

Experience

Elaine has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions;
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction documents, such as secured term loan, facility, security, and land mortgage agreements;
• Drafting legal opinions on corporate and tax matters;
• Assisting with energy projects; and
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
