Eric’s (Eric) practice areas include disputes (litigation & arbitration), corporate services, TMT, infrastructure, and labor.

While in law school, Eric was awarded Gonzalo W. Gonzales Most Outstanding Intern for his exemplary service during his tenure with the UP Office of Legal Aid (OLA).  He was also an active member and contributor for the UP Bar Operations Commission (UP BOC).

Qualifications

• University of the Philippines, Juris Doctor (Class of 2024)
• University of the Philippines Manila, Bachelor of Science in Public Health (Class of 2018)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024

Experience

Eric has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil and criminal cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings in criminal, civil and tax litigations;
• Assisting on infrastructure and corporate advisory matters; and
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
