Jerenel’s (Jen) practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation), civil, criminal, tax, energy, and intellectual property.

While in law school, Jen was the Subject Head of Civil Procedure of the San Beda Centralized Law Bar Operations. She also served as a legal intern in the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau. On the other hand, while in college, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the Junior Bedan Law Circle, and served as a Commissioner and a Public Liaison Officer in the San Beda Electoral Board.

Qualifications

• San Beda University – College of Law Juris Doctor (Class of 2024, ranked 12^th in graduating class)
• San Beda University, Bachelor of Science Major in Legal Management (Class of 2019)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Jen has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions;
• Assisting with contract drafting and memorandum for various corporate, commercial transactions, and civil matters;
• Assisting clients in tax assessments; and
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings in tax, criminal, and energy litigation.
