Romar’s practice areas include corporate services, taxation, customs, and energy.

Romar’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2024.  From 2017 to 2020, his work included tax preparation and audit assistance.

While in law school, Romar was the subject head for Local Taxation of the San Beda Law RGCT – Bar Operations.

Qualifications

• San Beda University College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2024)
• Cavite State University-Main Campus, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2017)
• Certified Public Accountant since 2017
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Romar has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in tax cases before Philippine courts;
• Drafting legal opinions on tax and customs matters;
• Assisting in corporate advisory matters; and
• Assisting with energy litigation matters.
