Ysabelle’s practice areas include energy, labor, litigation, and corporate services.

While in law school, Ysabelle was an active intern of the Ateneo Human Rights Center where she held the position as Urduja Desk Head for AHRC’s Women and Gender Desk. She was also an intern of the Public Attorney’s Office in 2021.

  • Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
  • University of the Philippines – Manila, Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies (Class of 2019, Cum Laude)
  • Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024

Experience

Ysabelle has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

  • Assisting with the filing, compliance, and applications of various energy projects;
  • Assisting on labor and employment advisory matters;
  • Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
  • Assisting with contract drafting and reviewing for various corporate and commercial transactions;
  • Assisting in civil, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
  • Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects;
  • Assisting on family law advisory matters;
  • Assisting on customs related matters;
  • Rendering legal opinions for both local and foreign clients on general corporate law, tax law, and labor law matters.
