Geroe’s practice areas include disputes (litigation), general corporate, labor, and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT).

Geroe’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2025. He previously worked as a management consultant for a management consulting firm where he was engaged in strategy work, advising several multinationals.

While in law school, Geroe was a research assistant for the UP Institute for Administration of Justice where he assisted several technical working committees of the Supreme Court that oversaw revising the Rules of Court, among other issuances. He was also a legal intern for several law offices from both the private sector and the government, including the Office of the Solicitor General and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel.

• University of the Philippines College of Law (Class of 2024)
• University of the Philippines – Diliman, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Class of 2020, cum laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Geroe has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
• Assisting in preparing legal opinions for both local and foreign clients on general corporate law, customs law, taxation law, the laws on banking and finance, and the laws on technology, media, and telecommunications.
