Associates

Angela’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation), and labor.

While in law school, Angela served as the Criminal Law 2 Subject Head of the San Beda University – College of Law, RGCT – Bar Operations Center from 2020 to 2023. She was also the Chairperson of the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau from 2022 to 2023.  On the other hand, while in college, Angela was the Director for Research of Legislative Department of FEU Central Student Organization.

Qualifications

• San Beda University College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
• Far Eastern University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Best Thesis Awardee, Class of 2019)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025

Experience

Angela has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements;
• Assisting in labor and corporate advisory matters;
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings in tax and energy litigations; and
• Drafting legal opinions on energy and corporate matters.
