Pia’s practice areas include banking & finance, competition and antitrust, corporate services, foreign investments, immigration, labor, mergers & acquisitions, and tax.

Pia’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in November 2025.  From 2024 to 2025, she was an Associate at a full-service law firm, where she worked in its corporate and commercial law department and assisted in various corporate matters. From 2018 to 2019, she was a Marketing Associate at an advertising technology company.

Qualifications

• Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
• Ateneo de Manila University, Bachelor of Science in Management, minor in Marketing (Class of 2018)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Pia has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting on tax advisory matters
• Drafting legal opinions on corporate and estate matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
