Dex’s practice areas include disputes (litigation), labor, energy, infrastructure, corporate services, and foreign investments.

Dex’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2026. Before law school, he worked in a government agency and the academe.

While in law school, Dex worked as a research assistant at the UP Institute of Government and Law Reform. He interned at the UP Office of Legal Aid (with distinction), where he assisted clients in criminal, civil, and labor cases and served as team leader for two semesters. In 2024, he received the Gawad Tsanselor sa Natatanging Mag-aaral from UP Diliman.

He served as executive director of GoodGovPH, a non-profit that advocates for youth engagement in governance, anti-corruption, and public policy. He was also appointed to the UNODC and European Commission’s youth advisory boards and has consulted on youth development policies in various local government units.

While in college, Dex was inducted to the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society in Social Sciences.

Dex has participated in several matters. His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
• Assisting on labor advisory matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
