Louise’s practice areas include banking & finance, corporate services, disputes (litigation), energy, mergers & acquisitions, and tax.
Louise’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2026. From 2020 to 2024, she gained experience across various industries, where her work included external audit, accounting, and tax compliance.
While in law school, Louise served as the Criminal Law Subject Chair of the RGCT San Beda Bar Operations. She was also a Senior Writer in theBarrister, the official student publication of San Beda College of Law. Further, she was as a legal intern at the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) and San Beda Legal Aid Bureau.
Qualifications
- San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2025, ranked 4th in graduating class).
- Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2019).
- Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
Experience
Louise has participated in several matters. Her experience has included:
- Assisting in criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
- Assisting in banking & finance matters;
- Assisting on tax advisory matters;
- Assisting on corporate advisory matters; and
- Conducting due diligence involving corporate and real estate acquisitions.
