Gabby’s practice areas include corporate service, energy, immigration, litigation, fintech, and TMT.

Gabby’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2026. From 2019 to 2021, his work included serving as a Policy Analyst at the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) – Bureau of Local Government and Development. From 2023 to 2025, his work included serving as a Research Assistant at the Information and Publication Division of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

While in law school, Gabby was active in serving the UP BarOps, becoming a member for the 2023 UP BarOps and FoodOps head for the 2024 up BarOps. On the other hand, while in college, Gabby was actively serving and participating in his student organization, UP STPA, spearheading different projects and serving as its Membership Committee Head for one term. Gabby was also elected as the third-year batch representative, becoming part of the Student Government.

• University of the Philippines Diliman – National College of Public Administration and Governance, Bachelor in Public Administration (Class of 2019), Cum Laude
