Froilan’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), and tax and customs.

While in law school, Froilan was the Subject Head of Judicial Ethics for San Beda Centralized Bar Operations.  On the other hand, while in college, Froilan was the Auditor of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – San Beda.

• San Beda University, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2016)
• Certified Public Accountant since 2017
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Froilan has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting on tax advisory matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
