Enzo’s practice areas include Corporate Services, FinTech, and TMT.

Enzo’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in August 2023.  In 2022, his work as a Law Associate in a boutique law firm in Taguig City included registration of corporations with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other government offices; represented and assisted clients in registrations, applications and other lawful transactions with various government agencies such as the Local Government Units (LGU), Food and Drugs Administration (FDA), Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), and Philippine Economic Zone (PEZA); performed corporate housekeeping and compliance; prepared legal memoranda and extended opinions for clients; drafted various contracts and agreements; prepared pleadings, motions and other court submissions in connection with various civil, criminal, and administrative cases; and appeared on behalf of clients in hearings before judicial courts and administrative bodies.

While in law school, Enzo was a partial scholar. On the other hand, while in college, Enzo was a student leader. Enzo was elected Vice President of the College of Commerce and Business Administration Student Council, and their organization was conferred with St. Dominic de Guzman Award for outstanding teamwork.

• De La Salle University Manila, Tañada-Diokno School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2021)
• University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management (Class of 2016)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 (passed the Bar with Exemplary Performance)

Experience

Enzo has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Giving legal advice/opinions on FinTech and data privacy
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
