Jandilyn’s (Jandi’s) practice areas include corporate services, tax and customs, and technology, media & telecommunications.

Jandi’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2023.  Before joining the firm, she worked as an Audit Associate at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co., a member practice of Ernst & Young Global Limited.  She then worked as a paralegal for Rama, Baena, Tan, & Ang Law Office where she obtained experience in litigation, taxation, and intellectual property practice.

While in law school, Jandi was the Minister of Finance of USC Lex Circle, the student body of USC Law. She was also appointed as committee head of USC Bar Operations and was then appointed as Chairperson the following year. In 2021, she was selected as one of the legal interns to join the Office of the Solicitor General’s Legal Internship Program.

  • University of San Carlos, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2016)

  • Assisting in proceedings before the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions.
  • Assisting on corporate advisory matters.
  • Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting in legal queries relating to data privacy compliance.
  • Assisting in drafting legal opinion for energy related matters.
