Patrick’s practice areas include corporate services and tax.

Patrick’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2023.  From 2017 to 2018, he was an Audit Associate at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. His work included the audits of publicly listed and non-listed companies in the retail and manufacturing industries. He also worked as an accountant for the City Government of Pasig from 2019 to 2022.

While in law school, Patrick served as one of the subject heads of San Beda Centralized Bar Operations in 2021.

Qualifications

• San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2022)
• Philippine School of Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2017)
• Certified Public Accountant since 2017
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Patrick has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting with contract drafting for various commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting on tax advisory matters
• Assisting on corporate advisory matters
• Assisting on labor advisory matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
