Rea’s practice areas include banking & finance, corporate services, fintech, foreign investments, mergers & acquisitions, and tax and customs.

Rea’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Rea worked as a Tax Accountant, specializing in tax and compilation services.

From 2015 to 2017, she was an Audit Associate at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. Her work included the audits of publicly listed and private companies in the manufacturing and automotive industries.

While in law school, Rea served as the 2022 Chairperson for the Arellano University School of Law’s Bar Operations Commission.

Experience

Rea has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements;
• Rendering legal opinions and advisories on general corporate law, tax, and regulatory matters;
• Assisting clients in disputing Bureau of Internal Revenue assessments; and
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings for tax litigation.
