Zarah’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), energy, mergers & acquisitions, and tax and customs.

Zarah’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2024.  From 2018 to 2019, Zarah worked as a Tax Associate at Isla Lipana & Co., PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Philippines wherein she rendered tax preparation and compliance services, assisted in tax assessments, and handled the completion of various regulatory requirements for Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA)-registered entities.

While in law school, Zarah was a member of the San Beda Centralized Bar Operations Center.  On the other hand, while in college, Zarah served as the Community Development Director of the Community Achievers Association from 2016 to 2017, and the Director for Exchange Recruitment of AIESEC – University of Santo Tomas from 2015 to 2017.

• University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class of 2018)
• Certified Public Accountant since 2018
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Zarah has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects

• Assisting on labor advisory matters
• Rendering legal opinion on corporate, civil, tax, and intellectual property law matters
